Staff
LBC is led by a Pastoral Staff and a group of elected church Elders. Elders are elected by church members and assist the Pastoral staff with church policy and procedures. The church membership also elects Deacons to serve the needs of individuals and groups in the church.
Pastoral Staff
Mike Tilley is the founding and Senior Pastor of Lake Baldwin Church. Mike received his Masters of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, FL. Mike and his wife, Molly, have four grown children and their first grandchild was born in 2009.
