Reading the Youth blog from anywhere!
As Soon mentioned, we plan to post some updates to the youth blog through our church website during the week at camp. Our new webpage supports live news (RSS) feeds for you tech-savvy parents! Here are a few ways to read the blog from the website. Email me () if you can't get one of these to work.
From your browser:
You can follow the Youth blog by steering your browser to a link on the Church's front page. Also you can go directly to the blog by following the link here: Youth News
From your iPhone / iPad:
1. download a free RSS reader application from here: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/free-rss-reader/id290537970?mt=8
2. Open the application and push the "+" button on the top left.
3. Enter the following URL in the top text box: http://www.lakebaldwinchurch.com/mediafiles/youth-news.xml
4. Hit Done and review your "Youth News" live feed.
From your Android Device:
1. Download "Sparse RSS" free app from the Andoid Market
2. Open the application and push the leftmost "options" button on your phone
3. Select "Add feed" and enter the same address as above: http://www.lakebaldwinchurch.com/mediafiles/youth-news.xml
4. Wait a little while or push the option button and select "refresh"
5. You should see a the "Youth News" blog entry along the top of the phone
